Treatments - SmokingWhat are the benefits of stopping smoking? HEALTH - FINANCIAL - FAMILY - SOCIAL Health Have you already been feeling the effects of your smoking? The coughs, the colds, the breathlessness, maybe more. Dept of Health Statistics Bad
Good
Financial If you smoke 20 cigarettes a day your are spending approx £1,600.00 a year. Just think what you could spend that money on. If you put the money you spend each day in a box you would be amazed at how quickly that money would build up. Family Do your family comment on your smoking. Are your children disgusted with your smoking. Are they worried or frightened for you or maybe frightened at the thought of losing you. Do you have to leave the room or the house to smoke outside thereby limiting your time spent with your family. Do you want to influence your children to smoke or to never start. Only 15% of the cigarette you smoke is inhaled by you, the other 85% goes into the air around you, into the lungs of those you love and care for. Social Do you ever feel like a leper, not accepted. Do you want to see yourself accepted by society again. Knowing that your clothes, your hair, your breath will be smelling cleaner and fresher than they have for years. Seeing people turning their noses up at others and not you anymore. See yourself spending all your social time at the dining table or in the room with your friends and family watching the other lepers having to go outside knowing that you used to be like that. IMAGINE YOURSELF BEING THE WAY YOUR WANT TO BE Hypnotherapy can help you reach your goal. It is a very powerful tool which can be used to show you the way to this goal. The responsibility though for stopping is yours. You must be highly committed to stopping smoking. If you are, then Hypnotherapy will enable your to change your perception of smoking. It will help you to reduce completely your desire to smoke. It will help you to forget about smoking and ultimately it will help you to focus your mind on other events and people and away from smoking. It will enable you to see smoking as being in the past, just in the past. If you now feel you are REALLY COMMITTED to stopping smoking then you too can be one of the people who stop smoking in this session lasting approx two hours. I am also an Associate member of The National Register of Practioners in Smoking Cessation which involves a 3 Step Approach to Stopping Smoking.
